POLICY OF USE AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

1_ Collection of certain Personal Data

AGNES AUDRAS complies with all regulatory and legislative provisions relating to the protection of personal data (the "Applicable Regulations"), and in particular with all the provisions set forth in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 (the "General Data Protection Regulation" or "GDPR"), as well as the provisions of Law No. 78-17 of February 6, 1978, known as the "Data Protection Act", as amended by Law No. 2018-493 of June 20, 2018 (la « LIL »).

Customers and/or users of the Site acknowledge and accept that AGNES AUDRAS processes some of their personal data (the "Personal Data") in order to ensure the management of Orders, Customers and the proper functioning of the Site.

2_ Origin and purpose of the Personal Data collected

Personal Data is collected directly and only from Customers and/or users of the Site.

To this end, AGNES AUDRAS undertakes to obtain the express consent of the Customers and users of the Website and to allow them to oppose the use of their Personal Data for any other purpose, as soon as this is necessary.

In all cases, Customers and users of the Site are informed of the purposes for which their Personal Data are collected via the various online data collection forms and via the Customer's actions on the site. AGNES AUDRAS also uses cookies and/or log files.

AGNES AUDRAS uses the information collected for the following purposes:

_ Contact / correspondence

Customers and users of the Site may also subscribe to a newsletter to receive emails about the Site, new products and other updates.

The data controller is AGNES AUDRAS, which remains the sole recipient of the Personal Data concerned. AGNES AUDRAS operates as a sole proprietorship under SIRET number 324 956 200 00038.

The Personal Data whose communication is requested from the Customer are intended for the data controller. If the Customer fails to provide this data, his request cannot be processed.

AGNES AUDRAS may process all or part of the following Personal Data for the proper administration of the Orders: surname, first name, telephone number, email address, postal address.

4_Non-communication of Personal Data

AGNES AUDRAS undertakes not to commercialize the Personal Data of the Clients and users of the Site collected.

The Personal Data of the Customer and users of the Site may be processed by subcontractors, in full compliance with the principles set forth herein, in the following cases:

Execution of the Order.

The list of these companies may be communicated to the persons concerned upon request sent to the following email address: contact@filstories.com.

If these companies use servers outside the European Union, AGNES AUDRAS shall enter into specific contracts with said service providers to manage and secure the transfer of Customer and Site user Data to said service providers or subcontractors.

5_Data retention period

AGNES AUDRAS keeps the Personal Data of Customers and users of the Site for the duration strictly necessary for the purposes pursued, and in particular for the proper functioning of the services offered, and the management of Customers, within the framework of legal and regulatory requirements.

6_Legal basis for the processing of Personal Data

AGNES AUDRAS collects and uses the Personal Data of its Clients and users of the Site:

_ in accordance with the GCS ;

in accordance with the consent of the Clients and users of the Site;

_ to the extent necessary to fulfill its legal obligations; and

_ to the extent necessary to pursue its legitimate interests (or those of others), unless such interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of Customers requiring the protection of their Personal Data.

7_Rights of the Clients and users of the Site

In application of the Applicable Regulations, the Customer and the users of the Site expressly acknowledge that they have the following rights:

_ right of access, and in particular the right to obtain copies of all their Personal Data, as well as the essential details of how the Personal Data is processed;

the right to obtain the rectification of their Personal Data, as soon as possible, and the right to have any incomplete, inaccurate, ambiguous or outdated personal data completed;

the right to limit the processing of Personal Data;

the right to portability of the Personal Data; and

_ right to object to the processing of their Personal Data.

If the Customer or the user of the Website wishes to know how AGNES AUDRAS uses its Personal Data, to ask for their correction, to object to their processing, to request their deletion, or to request a copy of all of the Personal Data in the possession of AGNES AUDRAS, the Customer or the user must send a request by mail to AGNES AUDRAS, the request must be accompanied by a copy of a valid identity document signed at the following address AGNES AUDRAS, Boulevard Garibaldi Arche 14 atelier 15 - 92130 ISSY-LES-MOULINEAUX, or by e-mail tocontact@filstories.com.

Finally, Customers and users of the Site may file a complaint with the control authorities, in particular the CNIL (https://www.cnil.fr/fr/plaintes).

8_Security

AGNES AUDRAS takes all useful precautions, in view of the personal nature of the data collected and the risks presented by the processing, to preserve the security of the Personal Data concerning the Customer and the users of the Site and, in particular, to prevent such data from being distorted, damaged or accessed by unauthorized third parties.

AGNES AUDRAS implements all technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of the processing of Personal Data and the confidentiality of Personal Data. The persons working for AGNES AUDRAS are required to respect the confidentiality of the Personal Data of the Clients and users of the Website.

9_Log files and cookies

AGNES AUDRAS collects certain information through log files and cookies. This is mainly the following information:

_Operating system

_ Visited pages and queries

Time and day of connection.

The use of such files allows the following optimizations :

The Site is intended for adults who are capable of entering into obligations in accordance with the legislation of the country in which the Customer is located.
